Who can rent from Salon M Studios?
We welcome independent beauty professionals at every stage of their careers. Tenants performing regulated services must hold the appropriate licenses; some non-regulated uses may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
What are the lease options?
We offer flexible lease options — including month-to-month and longer-term agreements — depending on availability.
Do I need a license to rent?
A license is required when legally required for the services performed. Non-regulated services do not need to provide a license.
Do I need business insurance?
Yes. All tenants are required to carry professional and general liability insurance.
Can I have an assistant or an additional provider in my studio?
Additional occupants may be allowed with approval and must meet licensing and insurance requirements.
Are utilities included?
Yes — water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are all included with your rent.
Can I customize my studio?
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary paint color of your choice — you pick it, we paint it. Furnish and decorate to represent your brand; some pre-approvals may apply to keep the building cohesive and professional.
